UX / Product Manager (M/F) 

OptioPay is a fast growing Fintech start-up based in Berlin that is building worldwide the first payment solution software for marketing money by processing payments. We are seeking an UX Designer/ Product Manager to help us build and design our product.

Your Role

  • You act as the middleman between business, tech/development and design

  • You conceptualize and describe products, features and user stories for the development team

  • You work closely with the founders to build and shape the product vision

  • You will conduct A/B Tests to optimize the product

Requirements

  • You have at least 3 years experience as an UX/Product Manager, preferably within Start-ups, Technology/Internet companies

  • You have excellent experience in the UX design of mobile, tablet and desktop applications

  • You have very good experience in creating Mockups/Wireframes and have strong knowledge of these tools

  • You have have experience in Project management

  • Very strong analytical/numerical skills and experience with metric-based decision making (incl. web analytics)

  • You have good experience in optimizing conversions through A/B testing

  • You have an entrepreneurial drive and hands-on mentality

  • Preferably you know how to use Photoshop/Sketch

  • Preferably, you have experience with Webtrekk
