Senior Product Manager (m/f)

OptioPay is a payment processor with a difference. Our software increases the value of any payment received by consumers from companies, by combining bank transfers with higher value gift cards. By integrating payments to employees or customers with effective marketing we aim to create a completely new, performance based, advertising channel. We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to start as soon as possible. Your Role

  • As Product Owner, you will lead the creation of a world class user experience and help to develop the product roadmap
  • Act as a customer advocate and challenge the status quo when defining user experience and functionality
  • Work with cross-functional teams (IT/Development, UXD, Quality, Support, Sales, and Marketing) to develop software in a Scrum-based development environment
  • Design a highly functional and intuitive user interface using your experience of UXD
  • Work closely with IT and Development Teams to create an interface with elegance and finesse
  • Work with Development & Quality Control teams to produce a world class product which meets OptioPay’s standards

 

Requirements

  • Previous experience creating engaging software for web applications
  • Excellent accountability, focus, and work ethic - extremely organized in the way that you work and able to understand/share both "big picture" and "nano-level" info
  • Exceptional communication skills both written (in creating epics/user stories) and verbal (communicating to Development) in English and German (native in one or the other)
