Senior Sales Manager (m/f) 

OptioPay is a payment processor with a difference. Our software increases the value of any payment received by consumers from companies, by combining bank transfers with higher value gift cards. By integrating payments to employees or customers with effective marketing we aim to create a completely new, performance based, advertising channel. Your Role

  • To acquire new Key Accounts in grocery, fashion, e-commerce and other relevant industries. Although you will be seeking to sign both payment issuers and advertisers, your primary focus will be on signing payroll and employee benefit issuers.
  • To research, acquire and close leads independently. Through your professionalism and personality you will build strong, valuable relationships with new key partners.
  • To prepare and optimise sales materials and pitch documents and other content to demonstrate potential OptioPay’s value to clients.
  • To work closely with CRM software HubSpot to manage content and track d
  • To report directly to the Top Management regularly

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or comparable education and experience) in a business subject.
  • You possess native or bilingual command of the German language. Good English skills; written or verbal, are a big plus.
  • You have 4+ years previous experience in Sales, directly interacting with and converting target customers. Experience in the digital marketing industry and/or working with major payroll issuers and financial firms would be advantageous.
  • Previous experience and a sound understanding of online payment solutions/services and/or salary and refunds.
  • Strong MS office skills (especially PowerPoint and Excel).
  • You are analytical and charismatic; with strong interpersonal skills and a good sense for business opportunities.
  • Previous experience in working with CRM Software Hubspot.
  • Ideally, you have prior experience in building and leading teams.
