CEO Assistant (m/f)

OptioPay is a payment processor with a difference. Our software increases the value of any payment received by consumers from companies, by combining bank transfers with higher value gift cards. By integrating payments to employees or customers with effective marketing we aim to create a completely new, performance based, advertising channel. We are looking for an Assistant to the CEO, Marcus Börner, to as soon as possible. Marcus has been a successful e-commerce entrepreneur and venture capitalist since the age of 17; when he founded Rebuy.com. As his assistant you will act as his right hand man and have the opportunity and responsibility to build a strong business network of your own.

Your Role

  • To act as the CEO’s right hand man; supporting the management team with various strategic and operational tasks.
  • To carry out reviews and analyses of various company business and prepare related decision materials. You will also assist in the preparation of presentations and reports.
  • To take responsibility for your projects; sharing responsibilities, communicating clearly, setting deadlines and demonstrating results.
  • To follow up on operational KPIs
  • To follow up and generate key sales activities

 

Your Profile

  • You hold a Masters degree in Business, Economics, Finance or quantitative field such as Physics, Mathematics or Statistics
  • Fluent in both German and English; verbal and written
  • You have a service-oriented and proactive mindset
  • Good understanding and interest in FinTech/Finance/E-commerce industries
  • You are analytically minded, detail conscious and independent; eager to assume initiative
  • You are exceptionally organised, with planning, time management and multitasking skills
  • Flexible and able to work across departments, quickly switching between tasks
  • Outstanding proficiency in MS Office and willing to learn new softwares
  • Flexibility in terms of working time and willingness to travel
  • Professional experience in similar position preferred
