Business Intelligence Analyst (m/f)
OptioPay is a fast growing, Berlin based FinTech company, building the world ́s first solution software that increases the value of any kind of payments recipients receive from companies. Payment recipients are able to combine bank transfers and higher valued gift cards to increase the actual value of the payment they receive. We are seeking an intelligent Business Intelligence Analyst starting as soon as possible.

Your Role
- You design and develop own KPI-driven dashboards and reports using data gathered from files, APIs, databases, etc.
- You maintain BI infrastructure (Data Warehouse, ETL) and ensure data quality and availability of information provided
- You perform extensive analyses to find answers to complex business problems by working closely with the Product team and software developers
- You build front-end BI applications by analyzing user requirements
- You deliver information via (real-time) dashboards, standard and ad-hoc reports, self-service BI, charts, complex queries, etc.
Your Profile
- Masters or Bachelor degree, preferably in Math, Computer Science, Engineering or other related technical fields
- Our applicants are usually in the top 10-20% of their academic or professional peer group
- Proficiency in English and preferably German
- Previous work experience in performing quantitative analysis / reporting in the Internet or gaming industry
- Excellent SQL skills, extensive knowledge of Excel, as well as familiarity with important tools (e.g. PostgreSQL, EXASolution, Qlikview)
- Extremely strong skills in Data Integration and ETL and in Data Warehousing and Management
- Great communication skills: written, verbal and presentation abilities to explain your results effectively
- Detail-oriented with very strong analytical, number and problem solving skills
- Pro-active and result oriented working style
