Head of Inbound Marketing (m/f)
Optiopay is a fast growing Fintech company based in Berlin that is building worldwide the first payment solution software for marketing money by processing payments. We are seeking a passionate Head of Inbound Marketing to lead our marketing team.

Your Role
- The goal of your role is to create a scalable mechanism to generate high-value leads for sales
- You are responsible for structuring, expending and leading our inbound marketing strategy
- You are responsible for managing the content marketing and sales assets
- Creation and distribution of high quality content with the goal to increase the number of sales qualified B2B leads in the following industries: Insurance, Human Resources, E-Commerce, Advertising, Energy Companies and Banking.
- You will work closely with HubSpot Marketing and CRM software
- You will utilize up to date SEO techniques
- Your are responsible for managing public relations
- Managing day-to-day press work
- Identifying influencers and building relationships
- Establishing the OptioPay brand in the relevant industries as an innovative solution
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, marketing or related field
- 5+ years of experience in B2B demand generation
- 3+ digital/inbound marketing, including web and content marketing, SEO, PR association marketing and content syndication.
- Experience in managing a marketing communications team - successfully building, coaching, and motivating while holding employees accountable.
- Possess a strong understanding of market and customer buying behavior, segmentation frameworks and hands-on experience with segmentation projects.
- Excellent grammar and wording knowledge of the German language
- Great command of the English language is a big plus
